Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try before you buy: every feature is available free for 14 days. We'd rather you run LendaarMitra on a real client ledger first than need a refund later.

1. Refund window

If LendaarMitra does not work for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are given only for a verified technical fault that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.

2. How to request

  1. Email hello@opifex.in from your purchase email with your license key and (optionally) the reason.
  2. We confirm within 2 business days.
  3. The refund is issued to your original payment method through Razorpay and typically reflects in 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

3. What happens to the license

On refund, the license key is revoked automatically and the Software will stop working after its next license check. Excel outputs already produced remain yours.

4. A ledger format we could not support

If you bought LendaarMitra and it cannot read your clients' ledger exports, tell us before the 7 days are up and take the refund — we would rather that than have you wait on a parser. Sending us a sanitised sample under section 6 of the terms does not extend the refund window, and we do not ask you to keep a licence alive while we work on a format.

5. Cancellation of renewal

The annual license is a one-time payment, not an auto-renewing subscription — there is nothing to cancel. If auto-renewal plans are introduced later, this policy will be updated with cancellation steps first.
