The 180-day ITC reversal,
worked out from the ledger you already have.

LendaarMitra reads your client's creditor ledger straight out of Tally or their ERP, matches every payment to the invoice it settled, and gives you the ITC to be reversed and the interest u/s 50 — as a workbook you can put in front of the client.

Runs fully on your PC · Your clients' books never leave your office

Three tools, one chain

Each does one job, and the output of one is the input of the next.

Step 1

Raw Ledger Cleaner

Point it at the creditor-ledger export your client sent. It recognises the format, splits the file supplier by supplier, and writes one clean running ledger — no re-keying, no manual splitting.

Step 2

180-Days Calculator

Allocates payments against invoices in FIFO order, back-calculates the ITC on what is still unpaid past 180 days, and computes interest u/s 50. Supplier-wise and FY-wise summaries, risk-banded, with a dashboard on top.

Before you send

Ledger Sanitiser

Replaces client names, GSTINs, PANs and figures with consistent stand-ins while keeping the file's structure intact — so you can send us a sample of a format we don't read yet without sending us a client's books.

From their export to your deliverable

The real files, laid out exactly as the tool writes them. One supplier is followed the whole way through, so you can check the figures tie. Every name and amount here is invented — no client's books appear on this page.

Scroll the sheet sideways for the allocation and interest columns

Two of this supplier's four invoices default, and both are shown with their workings. SB/2425/DL/02417 was settled on day 46 and SB/2425/DL/02588's 180th day falls after the reporting date, so neither is charged — the tool does not simply flag everything unpaid. ITC is backed out at 18% (₹7,44,000 × 18/118 = ₹1,13,491.53) and interest runs at 18% per annum from the 180th day. This is the sheet you put in front of a client, or in front of a scrutiny officer.

Layout, column names, fills and sheet order are exactly as the tool writes them. Firms, invoice numbers, bank details and amounts are invented for illustration — no client data appears on this site.

Why practitioners use it

Reads the file you were sent

Tally, ERP and OfficeFramework creditor-ledger exports, detected automatically. Including the .xls files that are really xlsx inside.

The maths, shown

Every invoice carries its own allocation trail — what was paid, when, and how much ITC is left exposed. You can defend each figure line by line.

Client-ready output

Exposure is reversal plus interest u/s 50, banded by risk and ranked by supplier. A deliverable, not a working file.

Your working papers stay full

The per-supplier processed files keep every column and every intermediate figure — that is your audit trail, and it is not summarised away.

New formats get added

On a ledger format we don't read yet, sanitise a sample and send it. We build the parser and ship it in an upcoming release — that is what the annual licence buys.

Offline by design

Everything runs locally on your machine. No uploads, no cloud processing — which is what your confidentiality obligation requires anyway.

Pricing

One plan, one PC, everything included. The pricing page is the figure of record — the trial does not wait for it.
